Disclaimer
The contents of this website constitute a non-binding information service and are of a general nature. They are not to be understood as binding legal advice or business consulting and cannot replace the consultation of a specialised professional in a specific individual case. Neither the up-to-dateness nor the accuracy or completeness of the information can be guaranteed at any time; use of the website is exclusively at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability is excluded for damage or consequential damage of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to, use or non-use of the website, from misuse or from technical malfunctions. The right to change or delete information is reserved at any time and may be exercised with or without prior notice.
Third-party websites or servers to which links may lead have not been subject to any review; no responsibility is accepted for their contents. Activating such links is at your own responsibility. For the sake of good order, it is noted that neither this website nor the retrieval of information from this website establishes a mandate or any other contractual relationship.
Copyright
All contents of this website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos and design elements, are protected by copyright and, unless attributed to third parties, are the property of LÖTSCHER AG. Any use, in particular reproduction, distribution, modification or making available to the public, requires the prior written consent of LÖTSCHER AG. Retrieval for personal, non-commercial use remains reserved.
Trademark law provisions relating to the family coat of arms
The Lötscher family coat of arms and its constituent elements, in particular the house mark borne on the shield, are protected. Any use, reproduction or modification, in whole or in part, requires the prior written consent of LÖTSCHER AG. As of 31 July 2026, the coat of arms was filed for registration with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and is recorded under online reference number 375907 and the assigned application number 12933/2026.
Information on the Image Material
The images on the home page and in the image bands of the subsequent pages are sourced from iStock by Getty Images. The image rights to the portrait photographs have passed from the respective author or previous rights holder to the person depicted; their use on this website is with that person's consent.
Representation and Authority to Sign
LÖTSCHER AG is legally represented solely by the persons registered in the Commercial Register as authorised signatories, and only within the scope of the signing authority recorded there. Declarations, commitments or obligations bind the company only insofar as they are made by these persons in a valid signing capacity. The current entry in the Commercial Register alone is authoritative.
Members of the Lötscher family also use email addresses of the @loetscher.com domain for their private correspondence. Messages sent from an @loetscher.com address are therefore not necessarily made in the name or on behalf of LÖTSCHER AG and, on their own, have no binding effect as representation. An obligation of the company arises exclusively through the persons registered in the Commercial Register as authorised signatories, acting in express connection with the firm LÖTSCHER AG as indicated in the signature.
Note on the Attorneys' Register
Holding an attorney's licence does not require registration in the cantonal attorneys' register. Registration under the Federal Act on the Free Movement of Lawyers (BGFA) only becomes necessary where parties are professionally represented before judicial authorities. LÖTSCHER AG does not provide legal representation in court proceedings; its services comprise advice on regulatory, strategic and corporate matters. Accordingly, no attorney-client relationship within the meaning of the BGFA is established, and the professional rules attached thereto do not apply
Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
The use of this website is governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict of laws provisions. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of LÖTSCHER AG in Lucerne.
